Summary
The objective is the development of a powerful process for the campaign-like energetic utilization of liquid and fibrous residues. A two-step process is being investigated with regard to transferability to a self-sufficient, transportable plant. For this purpose, a tank reactor for the hydrolysis is tested at the ATB and a high-performance methane stage is developed, which is suitable for the utilization of hydrolyzates and industrial wastewater at peak times. The focus of the investigations is on the kinetics of the methane stage, whereby the process stability under stress loads as a result of the campaign-type operation (temperature fluctuations and service life) is investigated. This project is funded by the European Union (EU), European Fund for Regional Development (EFRE).
