The World Conference on Explainable Artificial Intelligence is an annual event aimed at bringing together scientists, academics and professionals to promote the exchange and discussion of knowledge, new perspectives, experiences and innovations in the field of explainable artificial intelligence (XAI).
The conference covers a wide range of topics centred on the common theme of explainable artificial intelligence. The main focus areas of the event are as follows:
- Technical methods for XAI
- Ethical considerations for XAI
- Psychological notions and concepts for XAI
- Social examinations of XAI
- Legal and administrative considerations of/for XAI
- Safety & security approaches for XAI
- Applications of XAI-based systems
The registration fee for participants without a submitted paper is €660 for early birds, €690 for standard registration and €800 on the day of the event. Student participants and members of the doctoral consortium are eligible for a reduced-price ticket. However, admission to the evening event must be purchased separately for these tickets.
