Summary
Goal of the OPTINUTRIENT joint project - for which a detail concept is being created - is the achievement of maximum material and energy efficiency in the production of food, feed and biogenic nutrients and raw materials. This goal requires a cycle management that cascades valuable nutrients and raw materials and where there are no more waste. Therefore the project title OPTINUTRIENT In-value-setting of nutrients and raw materials in the cycle economy. OPTINUTRIENT develops, implements and demonstrates a modular technology platform as the basis for innovative value-added networks for food and feed as well as biogenic nutrients and raw materials.
