What can fibre hemp achieve as a raw material and engineering material? During one-to-one discussions with scientists from the Leibniz Association, visitors can ask their questions and gain first-hand insight into the research.
With ‘Book a Scientist’, the Leibniz Association is hosting a scientific speed-dating event at the Berlin Science Week Festival. In 20-minute sessions, participants can talk to experts about topics relating to research and society – from health and nutrition to plants, air quality and groundwater protection.
The ATB is also represented: Dr. Hans-Jörg Gusovius will be speaking on ‘Fibre hemp as a raw material and construction material – a true all-rounder?’ The one-to-one discussions are designed to help participants discover the potential of hemp as a versatile material and to ask their own questions.
This free event is open to all age groups; the discussions will take place on site in German and English, and in some cases in other languages as well.
