  • Elucidation of the microbial diversity (taxonomic, functionel, ecological) in bioeconomic production systems (e.g. anaerobic digestion plants, digestate/manure, arable soils)
    • Isolation, cultivation, characterisation of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms
    • qPCR, TRFLP, DGGE, sequenzierung (Oxford-Nanopore)
    • multivariate statistics (PCoA, CCA, NMDS, TITAN) and network analyses
  • Transfer of microbiomes (or parts of microbiomes) between the bioeconomic subsystems
