The 11th of September 2025 is the date of an agricultural thematic field day on the broad topic “Making agricultural achievements visible – measuring and evaluating sustainability”, which is linked to the BMLEH-funded research into the potential of digitalisation within agriculture and which will be hosted on the grounds of the agricultural business “Gut&Bösel” in Alt Madlitz. As a partner of the project ”Data and value-based decision-making for a sustainable land use" (DaVaSus), ATB is going to participate!
The year 2025 has so far been one of a variety of thematic-relevant events within the broader field of digitalisation within agriculture, and September will be no different. The state-funded project DaVaSus together with the projects Regiopakt, DigiZert and Transform, invites all those interested to participate in the great field day. The event takes place with the participation of the partners of the BMLEH-funded research project DaVaSus, those being the Finck Stiftung, the Julius Kühn Institute (JKI), Kuratorium für Technik und Bauwesen in der Landwirtschaft e. V. (KTBL) and the Leibniz Institut for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy e. V. (ATB). The team of researchers is going to present data on soil health, biodiversity and economy and will also demonstrate digital measurement and management tools – directly on the soil and in dialogue with practitioners. The great field day will be held on the grounds of “Gut&Bösel” which is closely linked to the Finck Stiftung.
