The general importance of AI and AI-supported applications keeps rising, and the field of Bioeconomy also experiences this significant rise in the uses of AI. Not only can AI help to further advance with new developments and also to discover new options, but it also can help the scientific and economical sectors via the specific implementation of AI.

Those, as well as other topics, make up the main focus of the conference “Bio KI - KI als Katalysator für die Bioökonomie”, which set out to inform about current developments and goings-on, about synergies between the different sub-fields of Bioeconomy, to offer an opportunity for networking and to generally offer a platform for verbal exchanges, discussions and questions.

A variety of speakers of both scientific as well as economical backgrounds have also been invited to contribute to the conference with their expertise and experiences and to thus inform about both theoretical and practical aspects of AI in Bioeconomy.
