Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of the Scientific Director and the Administrative Director and is appointed by the General Assembly for a maximum of five years. The Executive Board is jointly responsible for decisions in all matters of the Association, both judicially and extrajudicially, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Executive Board. The Scientific Director represents the Association externally, chairs the Executive Board and conducts the day-to-day business in the scientific area. The Administrative Director is responsible for the day-to-day business of the administration. She is responsible for the budget.
In its strategic work, the Executive Board is supported by the Executive Board Office.
