After you entered the registration data and accepted our private policy we export the data from the website to our local database for further processing.

If applicable, we use some of the data (name, institution, e-mail address, postal address) to send you information such as updating and follow-up information on the event, invitations to subsequent scientific events, references to publications published in the context of the event, as well as, if applicable, information on events of cooperating organizations).
A transfer of the data to other third parties does not take place.
Information, revoking your consent, deletion - Which rights do you have concerning your data?
You may revoke your consent for the processing and storage of your data at any time. An informal email to firstname.lastname@example.org making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed. We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains. Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
