Areas of research


  • Physical properties of fresh fruit
  • in-situ assessment of tree and fruit by means of spectral-optical (LiDAR, multi- and hyper-spectral methods, time-resolved laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy, back scattering imaging) and electro-chemical analyses
  • Precision Fruticulture (zone-spezific harvest management, prediction of yield capacity, and irrigation in woody plants)
